Grilled Torunska kielbasa, boiled then fried in butter pierogi with diced onions and panchetta with a little salatka.
With a can of Tyskie to wash it down of course.

Okay, so how did you put threads on your sausage?

Just cut at an angle, less than a quarter of the way through and then roll the sausage. As the sausage cooks the cuts open up and cooking the inside.
